Adult ADHD & Diagnostic Clarity Evaluations
Gain Clarity. Understand Your Strengths. Move Forward with Confidence.
An Adult ADHD & Diagnostic Clarity Evaluation is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of your cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning. Rather than relying on a single screening tool, this evaluation integrates multiple sources of information to answer an important question: What is contributing to your current challenges, and what are the most appropriate next steps?
Assessment Process
-
A comprehensive interview exploring your history, current concerns, and the impact of symptoms across different areas of your life.
-
Completion of standardized measures evaluating attention, executive functioning, emotional functioning, and related concerns.
-
Assessment results are carefully integrated with your clinical history to develop diagnostic impressions and individualized recommendations.
-
We'll review your results together, discuss diagnoses (if applicable), answer your questions, and develop a plan for treatment, accommodations, or additional support.
Who May Benefit
Many adults spend years wondering why everyday tasks feel harder than they seem for others. You may have always been described as capable, intelligent, or successful, yet continue to struggle with organization, time management, procrastination, forgetfulness, emotional regulation, or maintaining focus. Others may question whether what they're experiencing is ADHD, anxiety, burnout, trauma, or another underlying concern.
Assessment may be appropriate if you:
Suspect you may have ADHD as an adult.
Were diagnosed with ADHD in childhood and would like an updated evaluation.
Feel chronically overwhelmed despite being capable and motivated.
Experience difficulties with organization, planning, prioritization, or follow-through.
Wonder whether anxiety, depression, trauma, or burnout may be contributing to attention and executive functioning concerns.
Are seeking diagnostic clarification before pursuing treatment or medication.
Want a better understanding of your strengths, challenges, and recommendations for moving forward.
